ALL AREAS
OF THE HOTEL
- Always maintain the social distancing of 1.5 metres.
- Cover your mouth and nose whenever it is not possible to maintain the required distance.
- Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly throughout the day.
- Walk on the right side of the pathways, staircases, and corridors.
- Hotel information can be downloaded via QR codes directly to your mobile devices.
ROOMS & SUITES
- Upon arrival you will receive a Welcome pack as courtesy from the hotel for your stay.
- Please note: our staff will only be able to enter your room to clean in your absence.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in the rooms.
- We are pleased to offer you additional pillows or different mattress types.
POOLS
- Limited number of sunbeds around the pools due to social distancing.
- A reduced number of guests will be allowed in the pools at any time.
- Our nudist terrace is only on floor 9.
RESTAURANTS
& BARS
- The access to the restaurant/terrace is exclusively through the Bar Salon for both breakfast and dinner.
- Menus and wine lists are available via QR codes.
- Disinfection of hands before entering the restaurant / buffet areas.
- Mandatory wearing of mouth and nose covering at the buffet.
- Guests are required to wait to be escorted to their table.
- Limited number of tables on the terraces and in the restaurants due to social distancing.
SPA
- To fully enjoy your spa experience, we encourage you to reserve your spa or hair salon appointment in advance.
- We offer a limited number of appointments.
- Some treatments may not be available.
- Limited number of guests to access saunas, steam rooms, etc.
- Mandatory wearing of mouth and nose covering.
GYM
- Equipment is spaced out or separated via plexiglass divider to ensure social distancing. Please maintain the required social distance from other visitors.
- We kindly ask you to disinfect the equipment before and after usage with the products provided.
- We kindly ask you to deposit the used towels in the therefor designated container.
- Agua-gym classes will be carried out with a reduced number of participants and always maintaining social distancing.
MINICLUB
- Wearing a mask is mandatory for children over 6 years of age.
- Hand sanitizer to be used before accessing play areas and handling objects.
- Access and capacity controlled.
- We offer a new activities programme adapted to the current situation.
- Free play and sporting alternatives that make distancing measures possible and require the minimum of shared elements (balls, etc.) will be encouraged.
- All shared materials will be disinfected after each use.
